Password resets are done on the website. You have to be logged out to reset your password.
Go to the website and click the Login button.
Click forgot password.
Enter your email associated with your account
Submit Request.
Check your email associated with this account. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Enter a new password into both fields.
Change Password.
You will get an on-screen confirmation message when you successfully change your password.
Login using your new password.
