I upgraded to the new FlipFolder App and don't see my ensembles

If you’ve upgraded to the new FlipFolder app and your ensembles are missing, you’ll need to reconnect using your Connect IDs.

What to do

  1. Open the app
  2. Select Join Your Ensemble
  3. Enter the Connect ID provided by your ensemble leader

Once entered, your ensemble and music will become available again.


Why this happens

The new FlipFolder app does not carry over existing ensemble connections. Each device must be reconnected using a Connect ID.


Note: This change does not affect your account or require a new license.
